Capital preservation
As with all good investments there should be a sunset when your capital is returned. Currently 91% of Strike investors re-invest their capital.
Fixed Returns Strategy
Returns are paid into your nominated bank account on the same day every week. Current rate is 10% p.a.
Compound Returns Strategy
As per the fixed return an agreed amount is paid into your nominated bank account weekly and any balance is compounded to increase you balance and overall return. This is a great option for those using this as a retirement strategy. As always, we do not provide advice and you should seek your own advice through a Financial Advisor.
Where do we invest Strike funds?
We leverage a robust network of trusted brokers to facilitate responsible lending, ensuring that our investments are secure and yields provide for the fixed return while supporting the growth of SMEs in various sectors. Risk is carefully managed as well as having a reserve fund to ensure a long term consistent governance approach.
SME Lending
We only lend our funds (your money!) to businesses through our trusted broker network and managed by our internal credit team. This ensures safe and reliable lending solutions for small and medium enterprises, fostering growth and stability in the business landscape while delivering consistent returns to our investors.
We do not currently invest in residential or commercial property, our niche is SME Business lending mainly in the form of secured cash flow loans.
